The Trishuli River is Nepal's most popular rafting river, offering exciting Grade III-IV rapids accessible from Kathmandu or Pokhara. The river flows through a beautiful gorge with dramatic scenery and is perfect for first-time rafters as well as experienced paddlers.
The rafting section between Charaudi and Kurintar passes through thrilling rapids like "Ladies Delight", "Surprise" and "Upset", alternating with calm stretches for swimming and scenery appreciation.
